Empowering His Patients...
1999, Joe graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from East Stroudsburg University, located in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. Furthering his post graduate education at Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Joe received his Master’s Degree of Physical Therapy in 2001. Since beginning his career in Baltimore, Maryland, Joe has worked in a variety of physical therapy settings. These include acute care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation clinics, home health services, and outpatient orthopedics. Joe has experience treating numerous amounts of patients with varying diagnoses including: sports injuries, stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, various orthopedic conditions, balance dysfunction, and chronic pain

Joe’s concentration and specialty are in outpatient orthopedics. Joe has continued to develop his treatment skills with continuing education courses in rehabilitation of ankle injuries, rehabilitation of various shoulder dysfunctions, prosthetic training and rehabilitation of patients with lower extremity amputations, and various joint mobilizations of the upper extremities.

Joe is a strong believer in using a mix of hands on approaches with a patient specific exercise program to improve the overall function and independence of his clients. Joe’s easy going demeanor and sense of humor make it a relaxed and therapeutic environment to assist in therecovery process. His compassion and concern for people and his desire to fully understand their injuries and illnesses are evident in every interaction. Joe’s energy and enthusiasm for his work are contagious, and are demonstrated in his desire to continually further his clinical skills in order to best serve his clients.
