Tips for Having a Massage

- Do Not wear any make-up (if you want a face massage).
- Do Not wear any jewelry.
- Wear comfortable clothes.
- Basic information regarding past surgical history and current medications will be required.
- A light meal two hours prior to your massage is o.k.
